Shipping & Pickup Policy

1. Shipping Costs within Germany

1.1 Non-chilled items (Standard shipping)

Shipping is charged at a flat rate of €5.99.

Orders with a value of €70.00 or more (after discounts) are delivered free of charge within Germany.

The maximum total weight per order must not exceed 20 kg.

1.2 Chilled items (Express service)

To ensure product freshness, we strongly recommend ordering chilled items via express shipping.

Delivery is usually made on the next working day after dispatch.
A flat shipping fee of €15.99 applies.

Alternatively, you may select standard shipping (2–4 working days) during checkout – however, this is not recommended.

If standard shipping is selected, the shipment is made at your own risk.
The risk of spoilage due to delayed delivery (for any reason) lies with the recipient.
In such cases, no refund will be provided unless a legal defect is present.

1.3 Combined orders (dry & chilled goods)

  • Orders below €70.00: shipping cost €21.98
  • Orders of €70.00 or more: shipping cost €15.99

Island surcharge

An additional fee of €15.00 applies for deliveries to German islands.

All prices include applicable VAT.

2. Shipping Times & Logistics

Delivery time

The standard delivery time for non-chilled items is 2–4 working days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email including a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

Shipping provider

We ship via DPD.

Express shipments (e.g. Saturday delivery or urgent orders) are also handled via DPD.

Special conditions for chilled goods

Chilled items are shipped only from Monday to Wednesday.

The order cut-off time for Wednesday shipping is 08:00 AM.
Orders placed after this time will be shipped the following Monday.

This ensures that your goods are not stored in a depot over the weekend.

3. Local Pickup

As we do not operate a physical store, we offer free local pickup by prior appointment.

Simply select the “Pickup” option during checkout.
We will contact you to arrange a suitable pickup time.

4. Sustainability

We care about the environment.

Therefore, we may use previously used but well-preserved packaging materials.
Please do not be surprised if your package has already been used before.

We ensure that your goods are carefully and securely packed at all times.

5. Returns & Refunds

Upon request, we can provide a return shipping label.

The cost of €5.99 will be borne by the customer.

Exceptions (e.g. defects or transport damage), where we cover the cost, can be found in our withdrawal policy.
