Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason (§ 355 BGB).

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), have taken possession of the goods (§ 356 BGB).

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

According to § 312g para. 2 BGB, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of:

  • Goods that are liable to deteriorate quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded (e.g. fresh or chilled food)
  • Frozen products where the cold chain would be interrupted by return
  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal has been removed after delivery

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.

Return Shipping Costs

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Return Conditions

To avoid compensation for loss in value, please return the goods in their original packaging and in a transport-safe manner (e.g. with protective materials).

We reserve the right to deduct a portion of the purchase price for damage caused by improper packaging (§ 357 BGB).

Defects & Incorrect Deliveries

If the goods are defective, spoiled, or incorrectly delivered, please contact us immediately.
In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs or offer a free replacement.

Failure to Accept Delivery

If delivery has been properly offered but you fail to accept the goods (e.g. due to absence), the risk of deterioration or spoilage passes to you (§ 300 BGB).
In this case, a refund is excluded.
